Our sites are located strategically outside major downtown core, with one in the center of the largest Technology Research Park in Canada. Close access to Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, New York. Linked by major highway, air, boat, and rail systems. Not on flood plain or geological faults. Sites free from potential air or train disasters.

Multiple Tier 1 fibre carriers (including access to dark fibre) on diverse paths on site today. Carrier Agnostic. Isolated interconnect room.

Fire Protection
Wet-pipe fire suppression system. Pre-action dry pipe available in some areas. Critical areas support two-hour fire rating separation from general areas.

Generators & UPS
24 hours emergency fuel with multiple providers. Redundant, high-efficiency UPS system capable of providing protection from surges and spikes.

Power
Over 2MW deliverable and configured with backup generator setup. Average density +5kW/rack in N+1 configuration and 100% uptime SLA.

Security & Monitoring
24/7/365 Security monitoring with technical staff on hand. Dual credential biometric secured access, mantraps and controlled entry throughout building.

Cooling
Redundant air handling, cooling, and humidification / dehumidification systems to support free-air, hot-aisle containment, and liquid cooling configurations up to 150KW per rack.

Certifications
Ready for Government of Canada “Protected B” security clearance with CISD. Built and to be operated in accordance with SSAE16 Soc2 Type2 and CSAE3416 Type2. PCI DSS compliant.

Site Design
On slab and raised floor with cabinets, cages, & private suites available. Separate loading dock, shipping/receiving, and staging area. On-site amenities and warm seat workspaces.
